1. Are you a factory or trading company?

We are a factory specializing in the production of paper catering packaging, with 17+ years of production and sales experience, 300+ different product types and support OEM&ODM customization.

2. How to place an order and get the products?

a. Inquiry--- 20+ professional sales 7*24 hours online, click CHAT NOW to contact us immediately

b. Quotation---Official quotation sheet will be sent to you with detailed information in 4 hours after you send the inquiry

c. Printing file---send us your deisgn in PDF or Ai Format. The picture resolution must be at least 300 dpi.

d. Mold making---We have more than 500 different sizes and shapes of molds in stock. most of the products don’t need a new mold. If need a new mold. Mold will be finished in 1-2 months after the payment of the mold fee. The mold fee needs to be paid in full amount. When the order quantity exceeds 500,000, we will refund the mold fee in full.

e. Sample confirmation---Sample will be sent out in 3 days after the mold is ready. Normal products sample will be finished within 24 hours after the design is confirmed.

f. Payment terms---T/T 30% in advance, balanced against a copy of the Bill of Lading.

g. Production-Mass production, shipping marks are needed after production.

h. Shipping---By sea, air, or courier.

3. Can we make customized products that the market has never seen?

Yes, we have a development department and could make personalized products according to your design draft or sample. If a new mold is needed, then we could make a new mold to produce the products you want.

4. Is the sample free?

Yes. Normal sample in stock or computer printing sample is free. New customers need to pay the delivery expense and the delivery account number in UPS/TNT/FedEx/DHL etc. of yours is needed.
