Are you a factory or trading company?
We are a factory specializing in the production of paper catering packaging, with 17+ years of production and sales experience, 300+ different product types and support OEM&ODM customization.

How to place an order and get the products?
a. Inquiry---As long as the customer gives more ideas, we will try our best to help you realize it and arrange samples for you.
b. Quotation---Official quotation sheet will be sent to you with detailed information for the product on it.
c. Printing file---PDF or Ai Format. The picture resolution must be at least 300 dpi.
d. Mould making---Mould will be finished in 1-2 months after the payment of mould fee. Mould fee need to be paid in full amount.When the order quantity exceeds 500,000, we will refund the mold fee in full.
e. Sample confirmation---Sample will be sent out in 3 days after the mould is ready.
f. Payment terms---T/T 30% in advanced, balanced against copy of Bill of Lading.
g. Production---Mass production, shipping marks are needed after production.
h. Shipping---By sea, air or courier.

What's the MOQ?
The minimum order quantity varies for each product category. Most products have a minimum order quantity of 10,000 pieces. Please refer to the product details page for accurate information; each product details page provides detailed specifications.

What is the lead time?
It generally takes 15–35 days, depending on the complexity of customization and order quantity. Once we have a clear understanding of your customization requirements and order size, we will provide a specific production schedule for each order.

Can we make customized products that the market has never seen?
Yes, we have development department, and could make personalized products according to your design draft or sample. If new mould is needed, then we could make new mould to produce the products you want.

What customization services do you offer? Can we print our Logo?
Absolutely. Our customization services include printing, size, and shape—you can create unique dimensions, colors, and patterns according to your requirements. We also offer material options, providing different paper weights and thicknesses, various types of plastics, and a range of sustainable material choices.

Are the samples free? How long do the samples take?
If the samples are in stock, samples are free; If customized size and logo are required, we will charge fees according to customization requirements, if there are subsequent formal orders, the sampling fee can usually be refunded or deducted.Prototyping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the complexity of the sample production.

Are your packaging products compliant with food safety standards? What certifications do you hold?
Yes, all our products are made from food-grade materials. Our factory is certified with BRC, FSC, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001, and meets social compliance audit standards such as BSCI and SMETA, as well as ABA industrial compostability certification. We can provide the relevant compliance documents according to the requirements of your target market.

How do your packaging materials perform in terms of water resistance, grease resistance, and heat resistance?
Products with coatings offer reliable water and grease resistance, as well as heat tolerance. Our takeaway boxes and paper bowls can be used for short-term microwave heating. However, the specific level of protection depends on the material type and the grease-resistant rating of the coating.
