How do I place an order and receive products?

To ensure smooth collaboration, we have established a clear ordering process. From initial requirements alignment to final delivery, our team will support you at every step.

Step 1: Requirement Discussion & Solution Confirmation

Please specify your product needs, including:

- Product type (e.g., custom paper cup sleeves, takeout boxes)

- Estimated quantity

- Customization requirements (e.g., logo printing, special dimensions)

We will provide tailored product solutions and quotations based on your needs, and coordinate sample arrangements if required.

Step 2: Design Approval and Mold Preparation

For custom printing, please provide your final approved artwork. Products requiring new structures (e.g., custom french fry boxes) may necessitate custom molds. We will confirm all details and timelines with you in advance.

Step 3: Sample Confirmation

For custom products, we will provide samples for your review of material, structure, and print quality prior to production. Mass production will commence only after your written confirmation that samples meet specifications.

Step 4: Payment & Production Arrangement

After confirming order details, we will issue a contract. Our standard payment terms are “30% deposit + 70% balance upon receipt of copy of bill of lading,” subject to negotiation based on partnership circumstances. Upon deposit confirmation, our factory will initiate bulk production. As the manufacturer, we strictly control production processes to ensure quality.

Step 5: Logistics and Delivery

Upon completion, we will arrange shipment. We support domestic logistics distribution and can assist with export documentation to ensure your wholesale order arrives smoothly.
