Our standard delivery time ranges from 15 to 35 days. The exact duration is determined based on the specific order details, with key factors including:

1. Order quantity and product complexity: Production cycles may extend for large-volume orders or products with complex structures/processes;

2. Customization Level:

① Standard Products (No Customization Required): Relatively shorter lead times, typically closer to the lower end of the reference range;

② Printed Custom Products: Additional lead time is required for pre-production preparations such as plate making and spot color calibration;

③ Custom Products Requiring New Tooling: Tooling production time must be factored in separately (typically 1-2 months). Mass production lead times will be calculated after tooling completion;

3. Production Scheduling: Factories will schedule production rationally based on order confirmation sequence and real-time capacity. Actual schedules prevail.

To facilitate your business planning, we will provide a Production Schedule upon order confirmation, detailing key milestones including material readiness date, production start date, quality inspection/packaging date, and estimated shipping date. Your dedicated account manager will monitor order progress throughout, promptly sharing updates to ensure transparent and efficient communication. For urgent delivery requirements, please consult our sales team before placing your order; we will endeavor to coordinate and optimize scheduling.
