We offer multiple corporate payment methods tailored for international trade cooperation, balancing global customer needs with transaction security. Specific options include:

① T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): A commonly used payment method in collaborations, featuring a streamlined settlement process suitable for most standard orders. Flexible payment schedules such as prepayment or payment against documents can be arranged, allowing both parties to manage cash flow according to the progress of the collaboration.

② L/C (Letter of Credit): Supports sight L/C payments backed by bank credit guarantees, reducing transaction risks. Ideal for first-time collaborations, large-value orders, or regions with stringent foreign exchange controls.

③ Bank Collection (D/P, D/A): For clients with established trust and long-term cooperation, this settlement method can be negotiated. It includes two forms: Documents Against Payment (D/P) and Documents Against Acceptance (D/A), providing flexibility for client cash flow management.

Recommended base payment terms for different order types:

① Standard Orders: Typically structured as staged T/T payments—30% advance payment followed by 70% balance before shipment. This supports smooth production scheduling while safeguarding both parties' interests regarding payment and goods delivery.

② Customized Orders (involving new tooling or special material procurement): The advance payment percentage may be adjusted based on procurement costs and production risks. Specific percentages and payment milestones will be clearly stated in the quotation.
